MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

•  Available from March 1 through July 30, 2010
•  Monthly dues are one-half of regular amount for the first two months of membership
•  Family membership dues are $99.00 for first two months and $198.00 for remaining months
•  Single membership dues are $79.00 for first two months and $158.00 for remaining months
•  $950.00 Membership Bond may be paid over a period of five months at $190.00 per month
•  Normal required food minimum waived for special promotion
•  The $1,000.00 initiation fee is waived during this limited offer
