Golf Membership
An individual or family may join Sunset by paying a bond of $950.00 and a $1,000 initiation fee Family membership includes single children living at home under the age of 24.

Golf membership dues are $198.00 per month, which allows the member the full use of the golf course, clubhouse and related facilities.

There is a food minimum of $540.00 per calendar year.  ($270.00 for memberships with only one person)

Each membership is assessed $40.00 annually for a pro shop membership.  Any items purchased in the pro shop are priced at 10% over cost for members.

Social Membership
Social privileges entitle you to use the Clubhouse.  A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required with your application.  Social dues are $25.00 per month.  Golf privileges are not included.
